Carrie Dyer
At the age of 7, Carrie’s family lemonade stand was featured on the local news for raising $7.62 for Hurricane Andrew. Thus began her fascination for fundraising and marketing, something she’s excelled at ever since.
With nearly two decades of experience working with nonprofits, Carrie immerses herself in her clients’ businesses to understand their brand and needs, target audience, and how to match up the brand’s business objectives with its fundraising, development, and communication goals.
Carrie has created and executed marketing and fundraising plans for a variety of nonprofits, including North Texas Giving Day, the largest giving day in the nation, where she helped grow the event from $20 million to $62 million over a 6-year tenure; Encore Park/Stewpot, where she launched a street museum exhibit without a venue amidst a major capital campaign, and The Children’s Shelter, where she served as the Interim VP of Development. She has also worked with the Rosedale Foundation, Reality CheckIt, United to Learn, Catch Up & Read, Shield Ranch Foundation, Texas EggFest, Archer’s Challenge, Southern Gateway, and Foster Angels of Central Texas.
Carrie has a bachelor’s degree in communications from The University of Texas, Austin with a business minor. She served as a board member of Sustainable Food Center for nine years as well as on The Junior League of Austin board. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for Broadway National Bank. She is a Girl Scout leader. She is mom to Lena (9) and twins Mac and Wilson (6).
Paige Blend Berry
Paige Berry is an Entrepreneurial Swiss Army knife. As a business founder and CEO of multiple companies, Paige has a deep understanding of the needs of organizational leadership. She understands operations, event planning, fundraising, and marketing.
Paige is the Founder & CEO of Maven Collaborative and Founder & former CEO of Trilogy Dance Center LLC. Her consultant practice has worked with various nonprofits, helping them execute strategic fundraising events. Over three years, she grew The Children’s Shelters annual luncheon, their anchor event, proceeds by 100%.
She has deep roots in the San Antonio business and philanthropic communities. Paige is an actor at San Pedro Playhouse, a member of The Greater Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership San Antonio – Class 40, a Panelist for the Department of Arts & Culture, City of San Antonio, and a board member of The Ballet Conservatory of South Texas.
She has a bachelor’s degree in communications with a concentration in Public Relations from The University of Texas, San Antonio and is currently working on her MBA (Dec 2024) at The University of Texas, San Antonio.
Paige is Mama to Sawyer (5) & Sutton (3).
